When holding a party, there are a few things to bear in mind to help make it run smoothly. 

•  Make sure there is parking for you and the entertainer.

•  Avoid putting balloons all over the floor as it becomes a distraction and scares some children when they burst.

•  Avoid inviting the children earlier than the entertainer as they may run around the venue, getting over excited!!  For one hour shows and toddler parties this doesn't always apply.

Food Tips

•  Keep food covered until it is time to eat - laughing and eating doesn't mix well!!

•  Savoury food works best (sandwiches, sausages rolls, etc), bringing out chocolate and sweets afterwards.
